Time with Rei Kōtuku

It was a privilege to spend time with the Rei Kōtuku Children's Palliative Care team recently.

Working alongside people who support tamariki, rangatahi and whānau through some of life's most challenging circumstances was humbling and inspiring in equal measure.

What stood out was the care, compassion and commitment the team brings to their work and to each other.

Thank you to Nicola Nation for the opportunity, and to Peter de Boer for being a great collaborator.

I left with a deep respect for the work Rei Kōtuku does and the people behind it.
